If you have insurance, you might want to start there. Call them and ask for the list of providers in your area.
Then it is up to you to choose. Call the office, see how polite the staff is, how prompt they are enswering the phones, how soon you can see the doc.
REmember-if you don't like the doctor, you don't have to go see him again. You are free to switch to another.

If you have an insurance-you expected to pay a co-payment at the time of the visit to the doctor. It is usually $10-$20-$30 depending on your insurance policy. You pay insurance premiums to your insurance company-usually through your work. Unless you have a private policy. You don't have to pay a doctor anything else if the doctor belongs to your insurance plan, if he is a provider for your insurance. If he is not-then he can charge you the difference between what insurance paid him and what his usual charges are for similar services.

Your insurance premiums usually do not go up if you see doctors unless you have a private policy and renew it every year. In that case they can up your premiums if you get some chronic disease  In most cases the insurance people have is a group policy through their job, and even though the rates do go up every year, but increase is relatively moderate, and ususally has nothing to do with the frequency of your visits to the medical office.
