We have decided on the hotel for the conference. It will be the Hyatt Harborside - http://harborside.hyatt.com/hyatt/hotels/
We plan to have a block of about 75 rooms - 50 for RAMA and 25 for RADA at a preferred rate. This rate will not be available after September 1st. If you plan to attend a conference, please, let us know ASAP, so we can add rooms to the block.
All events - scientific sessions, social program, gala dinner will take place at this hotel.
Hyatt has a shuttle service to Logan Airport and water taxi to Downtown Boston. Elizabeth Schuttler - our conference organizer did a site visit and she says that the hotel facilities - rooms, restaurants auditoriums etc, as well as the view from the waterfront are spectacular.
REGISTER EARLY!!!

You can now book your hotel room at the Hyatt. We have a block of rooms that are available at discount price. Please, tell the booking agent that you are going to the RAMA-RADA Conference. If you have any problems, let us know.

I booked my hotel room today and checked the system - everything works, so everyone planning to come to the Boston conference - go ahead. If we fill the room block early, we can get more rooms at the same lower price.

Below please find the hotel link requested for the conference:

The room block at the rate of $199 per night is available only until September 10th. I am hoping this may encourage the attendees to book their rooms early and receive the special room block rate. The hotels in Boston are either sold out or at a higher rate for the weekend of October 3-5th, 2008. Currently the Hyatt Harborside is at a rate of $299 per night outside of the room block.
Thank you!
Elizabeth

If you are planning to come to the conference, please, book your hotel room now. We have the preferred rate until September 11th. After that you will have to pay regular price. Hotel will be sold out and there will be no rooms at all if you decide to come late.

Hi Boris,
how are you doing? Was really busy with the move and transition to the real work position last year. I'm really sorry, that I couldn't keep up in touch.
But now I'm in New Hampshire, bought a house near Manchester, NH.
I'm an internist in the multispecialty group, affiliated with Southern New Hampshire Medical Center.
Unfortunately, I have already signed up for a CME course in Connecticut for Oct.3-5th. I was wondering if I can pay for a gala dinner on Sunday, and stop in Boston just to tell you hi, and to see new people in RAMA. Is it possible?
