on a first attempt.

I am sure she will be a great lawyer, and I hope that she will never work on the prosecution side against doctors.

I know it's half a joke, nevertheless,
Boris, there is nothing wrong about bringing a doctor to the court IF the doctor has messed up. I know there have been many inappropriate lawsuits for absolutely rediculous reasons. But wouldn't you sue the MD who mistook a cerebral aneurism for a common headache (no imagery was ordered), or misdiagnosed gastric flu for criptococcal meningitis, or simply did not transfer a pt to ICU on time?
