I received a letter from the Director of the American College of Surgeons - Dr. Thomas Russell about developing an ATLS training program in Russia. This program is mandatory for all surgeons in the USA. Doing it in Russia will be extremely difficult, but is possible if we will have people interested in it. It can be started in one city and then duplicated evrywhere in Russia.
