This is the letter I received today. Do we have any members from Magadan?
Dear Dr. Vinogradsky,
Thank you for the invitation to assist with health care issues in Russia. Our Sister City of Magadan needs much attention. We are trying to work only directly with our Sister Cities. If you know of a project in Magadan, we would like to hear about that particular project. One of our Commissioners has contacts and has been working with The Women Center in Magadan to organize some new-to-them prenatal courses.
