Проблема комичная, но насушная

Здравствуйте, доктора!

Проблема комичная, но насушная. Запор. Страдаю давно. Всегда пила слабительные. Здесь пила Herb Mul'titabs.

Вопрос такоы: Что можете посоветовать, желательно натуральное и как заставить кишечник работать? Ne hochetsja bol'she tabletki glotat' :(

Сразу скажу, что занимаюсь регулярно спортом; бег, GYM, бассейн.

1. Try drinking more fluids.
2. Eat more vegetables and fruits.
3. Get Metamucil or Citrucel.

What are Metamucil or Citrucel? Where can I get them?
And what are the other ways. Mayby I can try another ways too, because no I eat vegetables and fruits, but I think I have a lazy stomoch or intestinis , or something like this, but it what I think.

They are concentrated sources of fiber that help to improve elimination. You can find then in any pharmacy department-Walgreens, CVS, any grocery store.

I will not recommend anything beyond that without you seing a doctor - your primary and then a Gastroenterologist. Do not make a diagnosis yourself.

Thanks a lot. I bought those Citrucel. But it doesnot help a lot , anyway from the first 2 days. I took som laxative natural pills. But the problem is not solved.
Boris, you are probably right I shoud go to doctor and see what he says. Just don't want to wait for a appointment for 2 months. He is very buisy. Mayby I can go to gastroenterologist from the start???

Check with your insurance-they might require referral from your primary physician. Just call insurance customer service and ask if you need a refferal to see a specialist. Also make sure that specialist is an insurance provider. That is if you have insurance.
Also the gastro doc might see patients by referral only-check there as well.
